Having visited the doctor I was told I needed an X-ray. Because of difficulty in walking I hoped to be viewed at once. With no trouble at all I was fitted in immediately. Thank you. No more walking or extra taxi fares.

Unlike St Peters A&E, this place is much quieter and calmer. I went there after calling the NHS helpline number on 111.
I had to wait only 10 minutes, and the nurse who treated me was kind and understanding.was treated quickly, and felt the nurse took her time. I never felt that there were any time restraints, or that the treatment was rushed.

Everything was good. Staff were excellent. Kind, caring, patient and very encouraging. The ward would benefit from having Wifi. The food was marvelous and always hot.
